edding ceremonies are performed at the County Clerk’s office on regular business days, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The room accommodates 20 guests. Appointments are recommended. The fee for the ceremony is $15.
A California marriage license must be obtained prior to the ceremony. Madera County issues marriage licenses on regular business days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a $39 fee. The fees are payable in cash only.
Please be advised that couples must arrange to have one witness to in attendance at the wedding.
Spanish language ceremonies are available upon request.
