The provisions of Article 4, of Chapter 1, Part 3, Division 2, of Title 3, consisting of Sections 26945, 26945.1, and 26946, of the Government Code concerning the qualifications for the office of the County Auditor, as amended by Chapter 381 of the statutes of 1997, are hereby adopted. Each department head for his department shall on or before August 31st of each year file with the county auditor a complete and accurate inventory of all items of county property in his department. (Ord. 258(part), 1961).
