2.09.040 Duties, rights and obligations.

2.09.020 Clerk--recorder office created.

The office of county clerk-recorder is hereby created and established effective at twelve noon January 1963, by the combining of the duties of the office of county clerk and the office of county recorder as provided by law. (Ord. 263 § 4, 1962).

2.09.030 Executive head.

The office of county clerk-recorder shall have as its executive head one elective officer. (Ord. 263 § 5, 1962).

2.09.040 Duties, rights and obligations.

The duties, rights and obligations of the respective separate offices shall be continued and combined for the public good as provided by law. (Ord. 263 § 6, 1962).
