2.52.010 Establishment of authority.
There is within the county a corporate instrumentality of the state known
as the Madera County industrial development authority. (Ord. 460 §
1(part), 1981).
2.52.020 Need for authority.
Pursuant to the California Industrial Development Financing Act (Title 10
of the Government Code commencing at § 91500), the board of supervisors
hereby declares that there is a need within the county for the Madera County
industrial development authority. (Ord. 460 § 1(part), 1981).
2.52.030 Powers of authority.
The Madera County industrial development authority shall function pursuant
to the provisions of this chapter and the California Industrial Development
Financing Act. (Ord. 460 § 1(part), 1981).
2.52.040 Designation of governing board.
The board of supervisors of the county hereby declares itself to be the
governing board of the Madera County industrial development authority. (Ord.
460 § 1(part), 1981).
