A contract is hereby authorized between the board of supervisors of the county and the Board of Administration, California State Employees ‘ Retirement System, a copy of said contract is on file in the office of the county clerk and by this reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. (Ord. 203 § 1, 1949).

The chairman of the board of supervisors is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of said agency. (Ord. 203 § 2, 1949).
