Pursuant to Section 29853 of the California Government Code, the board of supervisors hereby establishes a shorter time for the establishing of the fact that a warrant issued by the county is deemed lost after the mailing hereof. Said period of time hereby established is ten days from the date of mailing. (Ord. 376 § 1, 1973).

The county auditor is authorized to issue a duplicate warrant for and in the place of said original warrant upon the expiration of said ten days. (Ord. 376 § 2, 1973).
