In the event of a failure to file a change of ownership statement required by Section 480, 480.1 or 480.2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, the interest provided in Section 506 of the Revenue and Taxation Code may be added to any amount due as calculated under Revenue and Taxation Code § 531.2(b).
