The health department laboratory shall collect a fee in the amount prescribed by the board of supervisors by resolution from persons using the laboratory. The amount of the fee shall not exceed the county’s cost of providing the service. A copy of the current resolution of the board of supervisors prescribing the fees to be collected shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the board of supervisors and in the health department.
