No person shall loiter or remain within the off-street parking facilities of any business establishments after having been requested to leave by the owner or manager of any such establishment or by any peace officer acting at the direction of such owner or manager. (Ord. 504 § 1 (part), 1986).

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.48.010, this chapter shall not apply unless the owner of the respective affected privately owned properties posts and maintains conspicuous signs with lettering not less than one inch in height which shall read as follows:

Loitering Prohibited

IT IS A MISDEMEANOR for any person to loiter or remain within this parking lot after having been requested to leave by the owner or manager of any business establishment served by this parking lot or by any peace officer acting at the direction of any such owner or manager.

Violations of Section 9.48.010 are deemed misdemeanor. (Ord. 504 § 1 (part), 1986).
