Chapter 10.04 TRAFFIC IN PARKS*
10.04.010 Riding bicycles, motorcycles, motor scooters or motor-driven vehicles in parks.

10.04.010 Riding bicycles, motorcycles, motor scooters or motor-driven vehicles in parks.
No person shall ride any bicycle, motorcycle, motor scooter or any
motor-driven vehicle over, across, around and through any county park except a
park designated by the county administrative officer to be exempt from this
regulation. If the county administrative officer so declares a park exempt from
any of said regulations, he shall file a copy of that exemption with the sheriff
of the county, the police department of the city of Madera and the police
department of the city of Chowchilla. (Ord. 348 § 1, 1971).
10.04.020 Riding, driving, guiding or herding animals in parks.
No person shall ride, drive, guide or otherwise herd any horse, cow,
donkey, sheep, swine or any other farm animal over, across, around or through
any county park except a park designated by the county administrative officer to
be exempt from this regulation. If the county administrative officer so declares
a park exempt from any of said regulations he shall file a copy of that
exemption with the sheriff of the county, the police department of the city of
Madera and the police department of the city of Chowchilla. (Ord. 348 § 2,

10.04.030 Penalty for violation.
The penalty for violations of this chapter shall be as prescribed in
Chapter 1.12 of this code. (Ord. 378 § 2(part), 1973: Ord. 348 § 3,
1971).
