The water appeals board as established in the provisions of Chapter 13.06 of this code shall also serve as the sewage appeals board. (Ord. 279 § 160, 1963).

The procedure for appeal shall be the same, when applicable, as that provided for in Article I of this title. (Ord. 279 § 161, 1963).

Any person may appeal in writing, within fifteen days, to the water appeals board from any decision of the administrative staff pertaining to the provisions of this article. Such written appeal shall contain all factual information supported by a registered civil engineer’s report when technical and engineering questions are involved. (Ord. 279 § 162, 1963).
