There is hereby established a committee consisting of the director of planning, the county engineer and surveyor, the road commissioner, the director environmental health, the county fire department, and the county assessor or their duly authorized representatives to advise the planning commission and the board of supervisors on matters pertaining to this article. The committee shall hold regular meetings, establish rules and procedures. The director of planning shall be committee chairman and shall conduct the meetings and maintain all records of committee actions. Regular meetings of the committee shall be open to the public and any person interested in any matter before the committee may attend and be heard. (Ord. 278N § 2, 2004: Ord. 278 § 100, 1963).
