The county clerk-recorder shall not affix his certificate to a record of survey map pursuant to Section 8764.5 of the Business and Professions Code of the state until there shall have been filed with said clerk-recorder a resolution adopted by the board of supervisors declaring and finding that said record of survey map does substantially comply with the State Subdivision Map Act and this title. To assist the board of supervisors to make said findings the county surveyor shall file with the board a report setting forth his examination, findings and conclusions as to said record of survey map and its compliance with the statutes herein specified. (Ord. 262 § 2, 1962).
