5. Laboratories for testing, experiments or analytical purposes (see Chapter 18.94),
6. Outdoor theaters (see Chapter 18.94),
7. Public and semipublic buildings and uses,
8. Junkyard (see Chapter 18.94),
9. Outdoor storage,
10. Communications tower/wireless communications facility,

A. Setback from edge of right-of-way: twenty-five feet, minimum;
