Land use regulations are:

5. Major transmission lines for greater than 70 kv, interregional gas transmission lines, or trunk communication lines;
B. Uses allowed with zoning permit: one single family dwelling per farm;
C. Uses Allowed with Conditional Use Permit.
1. Commercial recreation area, camp, and resort,
2. Other single family dwellings per farm or ranch, in permanent structures,
3. Refuse disposal sites,
4. Airports, landing fields or airstrips,
5. Private clubs and outdoor recreational facilities (see Chapter 18.94.),
