Land use regulations are:
A. Permitted Uses.
1. Any use permitted in the underlying zoning district except:
a. Signs that are placed within six hundred sixty feet of the edge of the right-of-way of any road except those signs identifying the owner and address of any parcel,
b. Commercial uses,
c. Industrial uses,
d. Wrecking yards, refuse disposal sites or similar uses;
B. Uses Allowed with Conditional Use Permit.
