2.26.010 - Offices consolidated.

The duties of the county offices of agricultural commissioner and director of weights and measures, respectively, are consolidated into one office to be known as agricultural commissioner-sealer of the county; the duties of which including those performed in ex-officio capacity, shall be performed by one person appointed to such office. Whenever the term "agricultural commissioner," "director of weights and measures," or "sealer" appears in this ordinance code, it shall be construed to mean agricultural commissioner-sealer.
