2.87.010 - School established—Operation.

The board of supervisors establishes a school at the Madera County juvenile hall. The school shall be operated under the jurisdiction of the county board of education and pursuant to the administrative control of the county superintendent of schools, pursuant to Section 587 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code.
