3.24.010 - Time period warrant deemed lost after mailing.

Pursuant to Section 29853 of the California Government Code, the board of supervisors hereby establishes a shorter time for the establishing of the fact that a warrant issued by the county is deemed lost after the mailing hereof. Said period of time hereby established is ten days from the date of mailing.

3.24.020 - Issuance of duplicate when original warrant deemed lost.

The county auditor is authorized to issue a duplicate warrant for and in the place of said original warrant upon the expiration of said ten days.
