The Administrative Office has completed the 2012-13 Proposed County Budget. The budget document has been filed with the Chief Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and is available for review by the public. (Click Here)
On May 8, 2012, the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution to approve the rollover of the 2011-12 Adopted Budget appropriations with conditions as the operating budget for the period between July 1, 2012, and adoption of the 2012-13 budget, allowing departments to expend appropriated funds for salaries, employee benefits, and services and supplies, and excluding fixed assets.
The Board of Supervisors is scheduled to begin hearings on the Final Budget on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, and to conclude on Friday, August 17, 2012. It is anticipated that the 2012-13 Final Budget will be adopted by the Board of Supervisors on Monday, August 20, 2012.
