BUSINESS
1. Approval of the minutes for the July 23, 2008 meeting.
The Parcel Map and Environmental Committees will evaluate the following items:
2. PARCEL MAP (PM #4132), MININGER – COARSEGOLD (T. MURRAY) Division of 10.39 acres into 2 parcels (5.16 acres, and 5.23 acres) the property is located on south side of Road 222 at its intersection with Road 220, Coarsegold. APN: 057-230-073 and 057-230-074.
The Subdivision Committee and Environmental Committee will evaluate the following items:
3. SUBDIVISION (S #2008-009), ROMIAS – MADERA (J. BAX) This project is a proposal to divide approximately 14.82 acres into 8 residential lots to amend Subdivision Tract #59 to allow the division of two existing lots. The property is located on the east side of Road 25 at its intersection with Tropical Drive (17815 Road 25), Madera. Size: 14.82 acres. APN: 032-711-011, and 032-711-006.
The Environmental Committee will evaluate the following items:
4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP #2008-015), SHOCKLEY, BOB (District 1) – MADERA (L. MONTALVO) Shockley, Bob is requesting a conditional use permit to allow a contractors office and warehouse. The property is owned by Warner, Kirk, Warner, Lisa K., and is located on the north side of Avenue 10, approximately 350 feet west of it's intersection with Business Route 41 (no situs), Madera. The property is zoned CRM (Commercial, Rural, Median) with a Manufactured Housing Architectural Review Overlayed District. Size: 1.08 acres. APN: 049-180-008.
