BUSINESS
1. Approval of the minutes for the April 23, 2008 meeting.
The Parcel Map and Environmental Committees will evaluate the following items.
Parcel Maps 2. PARCEL MAP #4123, BRINLEY - OAKHURST (T. Murray) Division of 19.23 acres into three parcels (9.06 acres, 5.11 acres, and 5.06 acres). The property is located on the south side of Road 620 approximately 0.4 mile east of its intersection with Old Yosemite Road, Oakhurst. APN’s: 057-570-017 (portion) and 040 (portion).
3. PARCEL MAP #4127, NOLI - RAYMOND (T. Murray) Division of 3.42 acres into two parcels (1.04 acres and 2.38 acres). The property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of North Street and Road 600, Raymond. APN: 053-320-033.
4. PARCEL MAP #4126, GANGSBERGER - RAYMOND (T. Murray) Division of 20.00 acres into two parcels (17.23 acres and 2.77 acres). The property is located on the north side of Road 606 approximately 0.5 mile east of its intersection with Spinecup Ridge Road, Raymond. APN: 053-271-002.

9. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP #2008-007) - SHAVER, LEON (District 1) – (M. Treber) Shaver, Leon is requesting a conditional use permit to allow an LPG dispensing station. 10. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP #2008-009) - COUNTY OF MADERA (District 1) - (L. Montalvo) County of Madera is requesting a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 333,000 gallon bolted steel water storage tank, variable speed booster pump within modular building and propane powered 250 kw backup generator.
