2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP #2010-009) – GOLDEN VALLEY GRAPE JUICE AND WINE LLC – MADERA (District 4) – Leona Montalvo
Golden Valley Grape Juice and Wine, LLC is requesting a conditional use permit to allow the expansion of a grape juice processing facility to include additional storage space. The property is located on the west side of Road 27½, approximately 600 feet south of its intersection with Avenue 12 (11786 Road 27½), Madera. The property is zoned ARE-20 (Agricultural, Rural, Exclusive-20 Acre) District. Size: 18.83 acres. APN: 047-090-020.
