*The hearing dates and submittal deadlines are approximate and
intended to serve as a general indication of processing
time.
**The Planning Commission holds a meeting on the first
Tuesday of each month, but often meets more than 1 time
each month, depending on the number of items which are ready
to be considered. The actual hearing date for a project
can only be established after a preliminary agenda for the
month is set, usually about 6 weeks before the first Tuesday.
For projects which require approval by the Board of Supervisors,
an additional six to eight weeks should be expected for
final action.
***A completed application must include all required submittal
materials and processing fees, and be received in time to
allow a determination of its initial adequacy prior to the
deadline. If, during the environmental review process, it
is determined that additional information or clarification
is necessary, a delay in processing time should be expected.
