RANGE FORM
This formis used solely for those applicants who choose to attend the freeRange Course provided by the Madera County Sheriff's Department. If you choose to attend the other businesses listed on our approved sheetfor your range qualification needs, you will not need to fill out this form.
STATE APPLICATION
This form is the application that the State of California requires for all CCW Applicants. For the Madera County Sheriff's Department, you may fill out all areas of the application except for the areasrequiring a signature. Refer to the instruction sheet for further details.
